U2 have been confirmed to perform at the 43rd annual Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles. The three-hour show will originate from Staples Center in Los Angeles and be broadcast on CBS-TV at 8 p.m. (EST/PST). The band are nominated in 3 categories, Record of the Year; Song of the Year and Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.
